Free Domestic SMS Untuk Pelanggan Maxis

Syarikat Telekomunikasi Terbesar Malaysia, Maxis telah mengeluarkan kenyataan rasmi dengan pemberian khidmat SMS tempatan percuma bukan sekadar kepada rangkaian yang sama sahaja malahan ke semua rangkaian telcos yang lain bermula 6 petang 16 Jun 2013 hingga 1159 malam 17 Jun 2013. 

Hal ini disebabkan oleh masalah sistem rangkaian mereka yang menyebabkan pelanggan mereka tidak dapat menerima dan membuat panggilan di sekitar Lembah Kelang dan kawasan sekitarnya. Dibawah adalah kenyataan rasmi mereka

FREE DOMESTIC SMS

We apologise to our customers who have experienced difficulty in making or receiving calls in the Klang Valley and extended surrounding areas. In view of the inconvenience caused, Maxis offers all its customers, FREE domestic SMS service from 6pm on 16/6 until 11.59pm on 17/6 so that they will be able to communicate with their family and friends via this channel. Our SMS and internet services are not affected and continue to be available.

Our engineers responded to a technical incident at 4.50pm on 15/6 and have worked around-the-clock to restore the service. We have isolated the fault and service is now back to normal. We will continue to monitor the performance of the network and will provide further updates on any major developments.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank our customers for their understanding and patience.
